Skin Clinic Booking & Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment are made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be noted on your booking history.
Lateness Policy
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced in order to avoid delays for other clients. Please note that the full treatment fee will still apply. In cases of significant lateness, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
